12" Candle Lantern with Vase & Candle

Deposit:
A refundable security deposit will be required. This will be returned once items are checked back in and confirmed to be undamaged. Once your order is placed we will be in contact with you with your deposit amount.

Rental Duration:
Standard rental is for 3 days—typically pick-up the day before your event and return the day after. Need extra time? Just ask—additional days may be available for a small fee.

Rental Includes:

• Lanterns may be rented with or without the glass vase.

• When rented with the vase, a real candle is included.

• Additional styling items (florals, greenery, fairy lights, etc.) are not included unless specifically arranged.

Real Candle Use:

• The included candle is intended for use inside the provided glass vase only.

• Please do not burn the candle all the way down—this helps prevent wax spills and damage.

• Never leave lit candles unattended.

• Outdoor use: Candles may be used outdoors but should be monitored at all times. Wind, uneven surfaces, or weather changes can cause fire risks or damage the lanterns.

• Renters are responsible for any damage caused by candle use, including wax, soot, or scorch marks.

Pick-Up & Return:
All items are pick-up only in Pine Island, MN. Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging they were received in. Late returns may be subject to a fee.

Damages & Cleaning:
Rented items must be returned clean and undamaged. Wax spills, broken glass, or missing parts may result in replacement or cleaning fees, which will be deducted from the deposit if applicable.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to pick-up will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
